Before we share our location on social media like Twitter, Foursquare or Google Buzz; we should seize the danger of publishing our location over the Internet.

Stories of house robbing after status updates on social media sites had become common.

PleaseRobMe.com is a new website that show us how with a relatively simple search engine based on status updates, we can find out who’s home and who’s not and even where people is.

The purpose of the site is to expose the danger we put ourselves in, by sharing publicly our location. We hope that the info available on this site doesn’t end up in the wrong hands.

If you own a BlackBerry and Tweet a lot, you might be interested in the new official Twitter app for BlackBerry, soon to be released.

Using Twitter in your BlackBerry wasn’t a great experiences, and although it improved with Ubber Twitter, it doesn’t compare with using other apps available for iPhone.

This new app is meant to improve the experience of Twitter and BlackBerry users. The app main features are:

• URL shortening.
• Easy photo sharing.
• New direct messages notification.
• Search filtered by geolocation.

The exact date of release is still uncertain, but BlackBerry announced it for later this year.

At the moment he’s just following cats, probably for nutritional reasons, and has only 5 tweets. You can follow him @Veryfied_ALF, despite the name, the account hasn’t been verified by Twitter jet, but, who cares!
